The Day Before Launch
It’s the day before I launch Munch O Crunch Run, and to say I’m a little anxious is an understatement. I’ve been working on this little game since early 2024, and now I’m finally about to share it with the world. Every late night, every line of code, every piece of art, animation, and sound effect — and every cup of coffee — has gone into bringing this project to life. I’ve poured all my energy and love into it because I truly believe that Munch O Crunch can become a character loved by people all over the world.

Meet Munch O Crunch and the Story So Far
So, let me tell you a bit about Munch O Crunch Run. Steve, the greatest goat of all time, had his Golden Hoof stolen! Steve first rose to fame when he won the game show “The Hay with No Straw.” After that, he became quite powerful, so powerful, in fact, that his face was engraved on a coin.
But not everyone was happy about Steve’s success. Enter Ryan, the avocado-on-toast-loving, leaf-crunching villain, who decided to steal the Golden Hoof and hide it deep in his basement behind an impenetrable wall. The only thing that can break that wall is perfect harmony.
To take it back, Steve formed The Goats of Glee, a group whose harmony is so powerful it can shatter even the toughest walls. Unfortunately, Ryan discovered the plan and kidnapped the goats, trapping them all over Forest Frontier.
Devastated, Steve turned to Barry the Bin Chicken, asking him to sneak into Ryan’s fortress and retrieve the Hoof. But the plan failed, Barry was caught. Now it’s up to Munch O Crunch. When Munch learned that his best friend was trapped, he set out on a mission: find the scattered goats, bring them together, let them sing in perfect harmony, save Barry, and reclaim the Golden Hoof.

A Small Thank You
As a thank you for reading my blog, please use this code: CRUNCHIT on the game’s store page to receive a bonus 1,350 gems. Gems can be used to unlock new levels and extra characters a little boost to get your adventure started!
Munch O Crunch is ready to run
The game officially launches tomorrow. I honestly don’t know how it will go or what kind of response it will get, but I do know one thing, I’ve done everything I can to make it as player-friendly as possible.
There are no ads in the game. The entire experience can be completed, and all characters can be unlocked, without spending a cent. Any in-app purchases are completely optional, they just help you unlock things faster or support my journey as an indie developer.
This project has been such a wild, rewarding ride, and I can’t wait to see people finally play it. Is Munch O Crunch ready to run? We'll see in my next blog, I’ll share how the launch went, any fixes I’ve had to make, and what kind of feedback I’ve received.
Until then, thank you for being part of the journey, and I hope you enjoy Munch O Crunch Run!
Andy
